• A Green Smoothie is supposed to be great in the morning. You can pretty much make one out of any combination. I also heard you are supposed to drink it slowly (absolutely no guzzling) and that you should chew until it tastes sweet before swallowing - this will make it easier to digest. I can't wait to try this recipe (looks yummy in the photo).
